Patient is bed bound and cannot really sit in wheel chair without assistance from one of us. She lives in a house with her two sons who can help with tasks like that. She does not really communicate much but we would appreciate if you can try and talk and stimulate her, play radio, watch tv etc. Help with basic hygiene and change pad if needed....
